Our mission
Most pre-seed teams die from building the wrong thing — shipping features nobody pays for until the runway runs out. Meridian exists to flip that order: validate what pays first, then build it feature-by-feature in gates, so your product is never more than one step away from customer proof.
Everything starts with an Initiative. From there, Meridian runs one closed loop from idea to revenue — discover what generates value, synthesize it into buildable features, and help you ship within runway.
Meet Astra
Astra is the autonomous AI product agent at the center of Meridian. One per initiative, it runs the whole loop — onboard, position, gather market signals, validate them, synthesize features, simulate the build, execute, and release — and it keeps working between your sessions. Astra never builds blindly: product features are held for your sign-off, and every recommendation comes anchored to evidence and a commercial number.
The value engine
Astra is powered by three probabilistic algorithms that tune the agent to deliver value — validate the market, synthesize the product, simulate the build.
- Synchronizer — synthetic market validation. It builds a synthetic market kept in sync with your real users, so you can test signals against a living sample instead of a guess.
- Synthesizer — feature synthesis and scoring. It indexes market signals and your codebase into buildable features, then scores each one by Expected Commercial Value — ARR at stake against dev cost — and returns a BUILD, DEFER, or KILL verdict.
- Simulator — critical-path project planning. It schedules the work across your team and capacity, simulating timeline, budget, and resource shocks before a single line is written.
The Revenue Viability Date
Every product and feature in Meridian carries a Revenue Viability Date — the point at which it becomes financially viable given its validated demand, expected commercial value, and the cost to build it. It turns the vague question "should we build this?" into a date you can plan a runway around.
Who it's for
Meridian is built for the people closest to the value: pre-seed and early-stage founders, solo builders, and the first product managers on a team. If you can build but need to know what pays — and you need a number, not an opinion — this is for you. Teams can run in builder or enterprise mode with role-based access for owners, managers, and individual contributors.
