Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Overview
Meridian is operated by Nestafar Technologies Private Limited ("Nestafar", "Meridian", "we", "us"). This policy explains how our paid plans and credits work, how you can cancel, and how refunds — including refunds of unused credits — are handled. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription plans
Meridian offers monthly subscriptions, billed in advance and auto-renewing each month until cancelled. Plans depend on your workspace mode:
- Builder mode (solo founders): Ideator (USD 20/mo), Founder (USD 40/mo), Entrepreneur (USD 50/mo).
- Enterprise mode (teams): Starter (USD 99/mo), Growth (USD 150/mo), Scale (USD 199/mo).
Each subscription grants a monthly allotment of credits used to power Meridian's AI features. Prices are displayed in your organization's currency (INR or USD) at the time of purchase. Indian customers are charged in INR via our payment partner, Razorpay.
3. Top-up (pay-as-you-go) credits
In addition to subscriptions, you can purchase one-time top-up credit packs at any time. Top-up credits are added to your balance immediately on successful payment and do not expire while your account is active. Top-ups are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
4. Transparent pricing & how credits are calculated
We price credits transparently. The number of credits you receive is computed as:
- Subscriptions: plan price (USD) × USD→INR conversion rate × INR→credit exchange rate × 1.25 platform-cost factor.
- Top-ups: amount × USD→INR conversion rate × INR→credit exchange rate — without the 1.25 platform-cost factor.
The applicable exchange rate and the exact number of credits you will receive are shown on the Billing screen before you confirm any purchase. The currency conversion rate used is the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
5. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing → Cancel Subscription in your account, or by emailing us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after the current cycle ends.
- Credits already granted for the current cycle remain available to you.
6. Easy refunds for unused credits
We want billing to be fair. If you cancel, you may request a refund of your unused credits:
- Submit a refund request within 30 days of your most recent charge.
- We refund the unused credit balance attributable to that charge, valued at the rate you paid for it, to your original payment method.
- Credits already consumed (spent on AI features such as builds, specs, research, or imports) are non-refundable, since the underlying compute has been used.
- Refunds are net of any payment-gateway fees that are not returned to us by the processor, and net of applicable taxes where they cannot be reversed.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
7. Failed, duplicate, or erroneous payments
If you are charged due to a technical error, a duplicate transaction, or a payment that did not result in credits being added to your account, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified erroneous charge in full to the original payment method.
8. How to request a cancellation or refund
Cancel from Billing in your account, or email hello@getmeridian.tech from your registered email address with your account email and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
