Shipping & Exchange Policy
1. Digital product — no physical shipping
Meridian, operated by Nestafar Technologies Private Limited, is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery timelines for physical items, because nothing physical is dispatched.
2. How your purchase is delivered
All purchases are delivered electronically to your Meridian account:
- Top-up credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment.
- Subscription credits are granted to your account at the start of each billing cycle, beginning immediately on your first successful payment.
- Access to subscribed features is enabled on your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
In the rare event that credits or access are not reflected within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Delivery confirmation
Your updated credit balance and active plan are visible in the Billing and Usage sections of your account. Payment receipts are issued by our payment partner, Razorpay, to the email associated with the transaction.
4. Exchanges
Because Meridian delivers digital credits and access rather than physical goods, there is no exchange of goods. If you are charged in error, or wish to cancel and recover unused credits, this is handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Service access issues
If you experience problems accessing a feature you have paid for, email hello@getmeridian.tech with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
