Introducing Meridian: the Autonomous Product OS

Stop building the wrong thing. Validate what pays, then ship feature-by-feature within runway.

Introducing Meridian: the Autonomous Product OS

Most founders can build anything. The hard part is knowing what people will actually pay for — before you spend the runway building it. That's the gap Meridian closes.

Validate first, then build in gates

Meridian's agent, Astra, runs one closed loop from idea to revenue: it researches your market, validates features with real and synthetic customers, scores them by expected commercial value, and helps you ship — feature by feature, in gates, so the product is never more than one step from customer proof.

I can build anything — but I don't know what people will pay for. Meridian answers that with a number, not an opinion.

The value engine

Three probabilistic algorithms do the work:

  • Synchronizer — a synthetic market that validates demand before you write code.
  • Synthesizer — scores each feature by Expected Commercial Value, then calls BUILD, DEFER, or KILL.
  • Simulator — AI critical-path planning against your real team and budget.

Track your Revenue Viability Date

Burn rate tells you when you run out of money. Your Revenue Viability Date tells you whether revenue arrives first — and exactly what to change today if it doesn't.

build = validate(demand) ? ship() : kill()

Start with an idea. Astra does the rest.
